New York City-based indie rock band +/- (Plus/Minus) came back to Manila for a return engagement last Dec. 18 at Encore (formerly Embassy).

In CNN’s list for Top 10 HEROES for 2009, they included Muelmar Magallanes, the 18 year-old boy who died after rescuing his family and neighbors from the flashfloods caused by Typhoon Ketsana.
